The Biolinguistics of Autism: Emergent Perspectives

摘要: This contribution attempts to import the study of autism into biolinguistics program by reviewing current state knowledge on its neurobiology, physiology and verbal phenotypes from a comparative vantage point. A closer look at alternative approaches primacy social cognition impairments in spectrum disorders suggests fundamental differences every aspect language comprehension production, suggesting productive directions research auditory visual speech processing as well executive control.
