摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short, endogenous RNAs that have essential roles in regulating gene expression through the disruption of target genes. The miRNA-induced suppression can occur Argonaute-mediated cleavage mRNAs or by translational inhibition. System-wide studies underscored integral role miRNAs play genes within bone marrow stromal cells. miRNA has been shown to enhance inhibit cell differentiation and activity, elucidating targets cells revealed novel regulations during normal development. Importantly, multiple misexpression mediates progression bone-related pathologies, including osteopetrosis osteoporosis, as well development osteosarcoma. Furthermore, recent detailed capacity for influence metastasis from a number primary carcinomas. Taken together, these findings reveal significant clinical potential regulate homeostasis, mediate pathologies.
