摘要: The semipreparative separation of the albendazole sulfoxide enantiomers using chiral supercritical fluid chromatography is presented in this work. For purpose, a modular SFC chromatograph was adapted to work at scale and Chiralpak AD (250×10 mm) column used. Different injection volumes were evaluated order obtain high purities throughputs. Using maximum load, it possible 37 mg/h first eluted enantiomer with purity 99.9%, 36.5 second 95%.
