摘要: Disclosed are methods of imaging a site in heart subject to detect cardiovascular disease that involve stressing subject, administering the stressed an effective amount radionuclide-labeled chelator-glucose analog conjugate, and by detecting signal generated conjugate subject. Also disclosed peripheral blood vessel using detectable conjugate. distinguishing false positive nuclear cardiology scan from true scan, diagnosing congestive failure or cardiac ischemia has been administered distinguish viable nonviable myocardium.
