摘要: Novel methods of synthesis chelator-targeting ligand conjugates, compositions comprising such and therapeutic diagnostic applications conjugates are disclosed. The include optionally chelated to one or more metal ions. Methods synthesizing these in high purity also presented. Also disclosed imaging, treating diagnosing disease a subject using novel compositions, as imaging tumor within myocardial ischemia.
