摘要: In spite of its pharmacological, nutritional and industrial properties great potential market, Curcuma longa L. has not been commercialized to the extent that would be expected. The difficulty propagation species, which is provided exclusively by vegetative a sterile triploid, coupled with environmental requirements crop high susceptibility attack different pathogens, have causes for given use according plant. As strategy obtaining large numbers germplasm optimal phytosanitary characteristics, techniques implemented in vitro culture, including formation microrrizomas micropropagation plants. However, yet available efficient methods somatic embryogenesis organogenesis induction processes. this study, we report effect plant growth regulators their combinations on leaf segments, bases thin cells layers (TCL) callus embryos induction. evaluated tissues showed differential response, characteristics added. Embryogenic response was particularly obtained TCL. On other hand, it possible induce cauline root morphogenesis simultaneously all tissue. Regenerated plants from were more vigorous than others tissues.
