摘要: Background Supplementation with antioxidant vitamins has been proposed to reduce the risk of preeclampsia and perinatal complications, but effects this intervention are uncertain. Methods We conducted a multicenter, randomized trial nulliparous women between 14 22 weeks gestation. Women were assigned daily supplementation 1000 mg vitamin C 400 IU E or placebo (microcrystalline cellulose) until delivery.
