摘要: Prostacyclin (PGI2) is a potent vasodilator and inhibitor of platelet aggregation, however, its half-life in aqueous solutions at neutral or acid pH very short. In this study we have investigated the stability PGI2 plasma from different species demonstrated that anti-aggregatory hypotensive activity considerably prolonged human plasma. Interestingly was not maintained on incubation rat rabbit indicating stabilising factor may be confined to Whether such stabilisation prolongs circulation merits investigation.
