摘要: Response surface methodology (RSM) was used for statistical optimization of jiean-peptide (JAA) production by Bacillus subtilis ZK8 cells adsorbed on wood chips to form a novel fermentation system. The Plackett-Burman design in the first step evaluate effects eight factors, including six medium components and two cell adsorption conditions. Among variables screened, soybean meal hydrolysate (SMH) MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O had significanteffects JAA production. In second step, concentrations SMH were further optimized using central composite designs response analysis. concentration 24% (v/v) 0.38% (w/v), respectively, which increased shake flask system 41% relative single variable component culture medium.
