摘要: Abstract The thermodynamic inefficiencies associated with any energy conversion process are expressed by the exergy destruction and losses process. Combustion processes exhibit very high caused chemical reaction, heat transfer, friction, mixing. In this paper, we discuss how to estimate resulting from each one of these sources. evaluation can be conducted aid either a conventional exergetic analysis or an advanced one. latter allows estimation potential for improvement being considered demonstrates interactions among components system in which combustion takes place. paper discusses exergy-based evaluations used reduce inefficiencies, costs, environmental impacts systems including processes.
