摘要: The widespread application of protocols using gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists or antagonists in assisted reproduction treatment has led to an increasing number pregnancies exposed these drugs. This issue raised scepticism as the safety medications, concerning both pregnant women and their offspring. main parameters that can be studied ensure GnRH analogues include: a) systemic local reactions medication; b) incidence ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS); c) direct effect on oocytes embryos; d) health those children exposed. So far, no side effects major have been reported following use third-generation antagonists.
