摘要: We designed and synthesized phenolic BODIPY-containing antioxidants as traceable next-generation drug model named boron tracedrugs, UTX-42, UTX-43, UTX-44. These drugs are basically composed of antioxidant moiety stable boron-containing BODIPY moiety. Their activities were evaluated by spectroscopic analysis with ABTS radical cations inhibitory activity on lipid peroxidation rat liver mitochondria. The reactivity them showed to be higher than trolox, which is one the well-known antioxidants. trace drugs, especially UTX-44, also much trolox against RLM peroxidation. results demonstrated that UTX-44 had most potent among these drugs.
