摘要: Beclin 1 is a critical component in the class III PI3 kinase complex (PI3KC3) that induces formation of autophagosomes mammalian systems. Autophagic triggers upregulate 1, which turn binds to PI3KC3 or Bcl-XL form complexes 1-PI3KC3 1-Bcl-XL are physically and functionally independent from each other.
