摘要: Heat inactivation curves for infectious bursal disease virus serotype 1 (IBDV) strain 52/70 in homogenate supernatant were constructed 70°C, 75°C and 80°C. Biphasic, multiple kinetics produced with an initial rapid drop infectivity followed by a more gradual decline. In this second phase the approximate times taken to reduce log10 at each temperature were: 70°C (18.8 min), (11.4 min) 80°C (3.0 confirming heat resistance of virus.
