摘要: Necrobiosis lipoidica (NL) is a disease of collagen. Squamous cell carcinomas developing in areas chronic ulceration and scarring have been well documented variety skin diseases but rarely necrobiosis lipoidica. The case history 76-year-old female presented, whose squamous carcinoma appeared 30 years after the diagnosis clinical histopathological picture described, stressing importance unusual association two pathologies prognostic.
