摘要: A rapid and simple analytical procedure allowing accurate quantification of aliphatic aromatic hydrocarbons in sediments petroleum has been developed. Sediments were Soxhlet extracted using methylene chloride for 48 h. Oil maltene fractions isolated by asphaltene precipitation pentane. Sediment oil extracts first purified alumina micro-columns. Saturated then separated from ones fractionation on silica gel. Alkanes polycyclic (PAHs) analyzed separately gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
