摘要: Cell surface macromolecules play a crucial role in the biology and pathobiology of flaviviruses, both as receptors for virus entry signaling molecules cell–cell interactions processes vascular permeability inflammation. This review examines cell tropism pathogenesis flaviviruses from standpoint molecules, which have been implicated virus–cell well interactions. The emerging picture is one that encompasses extensive regulation interplay among invading virus, viral immune complexes, Fc receptors, major histocompatibility complex antigens, adhesion molecules.
