摘要: Histamine is found in developing mammalian brain both neurons and mast cells. Under normal conditions, histamine H1 H2 receptors are neural, glial endothelial cells, H3 at least on neurons. Experimental tumors display receptors, increases permeability the neighboring areas. Many studies have addressed histaminergic signalling mechanisms cell lines originating from tumors. However, role of development structures, proliferation differentiation growth malignant situ still poorly understood.
