摘要: Two-dimensional (2D) hierarchical tin dioxide (SnO2) flower-like architectures consisting of sheet-like nanoparticles have been successfully prepared by a simply mild hydrothermal method based on the reaction between foil, NaOH and KBrO3. The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum exhibit that SnO2 strong PL emission, which suggest its possible applications in nanoscaled optoelectronic devices. formation process is investigated corresponding mechanism also proposed.
