摘要: The Asian Green Revolution in rice entailed a long-term evolutionary process spanning more than four decades since the mid-1960s. purpose of this chapter is to identify important lessons from and examine whether modern technology Asia could be appropriately transferred contemporary sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). While there are many learn, study focuses on high-yielding well-adapted lowland varieties, appropriate fertilizer application, favorable institutional policy environment that played pivotal roles launching sustaining rice. SSA include one commodity as none which dominates; we argue such should for number reasons.
