摘要: PBMC from healthy adult individuals seropositive for measles virus (MV) were tested their capacity to proliferate UV-inactivated MV (UV-MV) or autologous MV-infected EBV-transformed B cell lines (EBV-BC). MV-specific T responses observed in 11 of 15 donors (stimulation index greater than 2), when optimal doses UV-MV used proliferative assays. clones generated three responding MV, by using either EBV-BC as APC.
