摘要: The effects of grain size (G S) on the structural, magnetic and magnetoresistance properties sol–gel-derived Nd0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (NCMO) nanocrystalline thin films were investigated. To change G S NCMO samples, annealing temperature (T A) was changed from 600 to 800 °C. All prepared samples confirmed as hexagonal single-phased polycrystalline structure. average increased with increasing T A. range approximately 25–40, 50–65 75–90 nm for annealed at A = 600, 700 800 °C, respectively. As increased, metal–insulator transition temperature, MI, paramagnetic–ferromagnetic C, also including ferromagnetic response. magnetoresistance, MR, values found increase any temperature.
