摘要: Abstract Energy transfer in collisions of slow polyatomic ions with carbon surfaces (Tore Supra tile and highly oriented pyrolytic graphite) was investigated over the incident energy range 10–23 eV. Mass spectra translational angular distributions product were used to determine partitioning projectile ion into internal excitation projectile, energy, fraction absorbed by surface.
