摘要: The cognitive phenotyping of mouse models Alzheimer's disease (AD) currently focuses on impairments in learning and memory. However, AD is not simply a memory disorder, but other domains, particular attention, can also be impaired even at very early stages the disease. In this review we argue for benefits including constructs, preclinical studies to identify drug targets mechanisms models. First give brief account evidence attentional deficits AD; then summarise methods assess equivalent aspects attention mice, followed by recent widely used AD. We conclude suggesting that multidimensional approach assessment models, which number cognition are investigated while confounding factors minimized, becoming increasingly feasible may contribute significantly towards development more targeted therapeutic interventions.
