摘要: Long double-stranded DNA molecules were separated in microfabricated hexagonal arrays less than 1 min, several orders of magnitude faster by using conventional technology. samples first concentrated at the entrance to array a thin band entropic focusing. They then pulsed field electrophoresis. T4 (168.9 kbp) and λ (48.5 DNAs could be resolved into two clearly bands ∼10 s these experiments. This corresponds mass resolution 6% 11 min 1-cm-long array.
