摘要: The present study examines the deleterious effect of biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles in adult zebrafish. Silver (AgNPs) used were by treating AgNO3 with aqueous leaves extract Malva crispa Linn., a medicinal herb as source reductants. LC50 concentration AgNPs at 96 h was observed 142.2 μg/l. In order to explore underlying toxicity mechanisms AgNPs, half (71.1 μg/l) exposed zebrafish for 14 days. Cytological changes and intrahepatic localization gills liver tissues respectively, results concluded possible sign oxidative stress. addition stress genotoxic peripheral blood cells like presence micronuclei, nuclear abnormalities also loss cell contact irregular shape parenchyma cells. Hence confirm effects mRNA expression related (MTF-1, HSP70) immune response (TLR4, NFKB, IL1B, CEBP, TRF, TLR22) genes analyzed clearly that plant mediated synthesis leads immunotoxicity
