摘要: A sample of 221 female primary school teachers in Anglican state-maintained schools England and Wales completed the Francis Psychological Type Scales (FPTS). The data demonstrated clear preferences for Extraversion (E) over Introversion (I), Sensing (S) Intuition (N), Feeling (F) Thinking (T) Judging (J) Perceiving (P). two predominant types among were ESFJ (27.6%) ISFJ (18.6%). These findings confirm earlier research trainee help to clarify main strengths potential challenges facing light knowledge about key psychological those who shape classroom environment. also generate new insights into teacher retention career paths schools.
