摘要: Nowadays, the data scarcity problem has been supplanted by deluge problem. Marketers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialists have access to rich on consumer behaviour. The current challenge is effective utilisation of these in CRM processes selection appropriate analytics techniques. Data techniques help find hidden patterns data. present paper explores characteristics as integrated tool for sales managers. aims at analysing some different methods tools which can be used continuous improvement processes. A systematic literature conducted achieve this goal. results review highlight most frequently considered context analytics.
