摘要: Transition metal ion doped poly-aniline (PANI)/ multiwall carbon nanotube (MWCNT) composite was successfully prepared by in-situ oxidative polymerization of aniline monomer for supercapacitor application. The Co-doped PANI/MWCNTs showed improved capacitive behavior and lower electrical resistance compared to HCl PANI (DPANI)/MWCNT composite. By using nano tube with conducting polymer offer exceptional power andhigh performance supplying high surface area, conductivity retention mechanical strength under charge-discharge cycle. All the materials were characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Raman spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission (TEM). electrochemical asymmetric tested cyclic voltammetry (CV), impedance spectroscopy (EIS) (CCD) test in a three-electrode system. highest specific capacitance value (576 F/g) obtained at scan rate 2 mV/s 1 (M) KOH electrolyte Co-PANI/MWCNTs
