摘要: A deconvolution technique is employed that permits recovery of daily averaged earth radiation budget (ERB) parameters at the top atmosphere from a set Nimbus 7 ERB wide field view (WFOV) measurements. Improvements in both spatial resolution resultant fields and fidelity time averages obtained. The algorithm evaluated on months during period 1980–1983. albedo, outgoing long-wave radiation, net are analyzed. amplitude phase quasi-stationary patterns appear spatially deconvolved describe components for “normal” as well El Nino/Southern Oscillation (ENSO) episode years. They delineate seasonal development large-scale features inherent earth's natural variability interannual differences. These underscored by powerful emergence 1982–1983 ENSO event displayed. conclusion with this type enhancement, WFOV radiometers provide useful tool observation contemporary climate its variability.
