摘要: Abstract The purpose of this paper is to explore the expectations academic staff learning analytics services from an ideal as well a realistic perspective. This mixed-method study focused on cross-case analysis Higher Education Institutions four European universities (Spain, Estonia, Netherlands, UK). While there are some differences between countries and predicted expectations, overarching results indicate that sees tool understand activities possibility provide feedback for students adapt curriculum meet learners' needs.
