摘要: During the last decades natural polymers have become more and frequent to replace traditional inorganic stabilizers in building materials. The purpose of this research is establish a comparison between most conventional material solutions for load-bearing walls type biomaterial. This will focus on as used widespread twentieth century dwelling construction Europe still developing countries nowadays. To carry out analysis, structural thermal insulation characteristics different are balanced. tool evaluation life cycle assessment throughout whole lifespan these buildings. aims examine environmental performance each assessed: fired clay brick masonry (BW), concrete block (CW), stabilized soil (SW) with fibers alginates. These new materials evaluated from point view both operational embodied energy.
