摘要: Duplication of fingers or polydactyly may occur on the preaxial (radial) postaxial (ulnar) side; central is rare. The proximal extent duplication varies a great deal; attempts have been made to classify patterns comprehensively (Blauth and Olason 1988; Wassel 1969). Polydactyly be associated with other anomalies hand, commonest which syndactyly (polysyndactyly). Children hands comparable feet also (Miura et al. 1987). It important recognize that just part more generalized malformation limb in some instances genetically distinct syndrome multisystem involvement (Schwabe Mundlos 2004).
