摘要: We report a case of aortic wall rupture in patient with Medtronic Freestyle stentless bioprosthesis (Medtronic Inc, Minneapolis, MN) after full root implantation. A 68-year-old man who underwent replacement 12 years prior was found to have large pseudoaneurysm originating from the ruptured noncoronary porcine sinus. reoperation for successfully performed. Despite excellent durability bioprostheses, several cases been reported. Degeneration elastic tissue and inflammatory reactions may be main mechanism this potentially catastrophic complication.
