摘要: We report that the Ge1-xFexTe thin film exhibits spin-glass behavior when Fe concentration increases to 0.08. A large bifurcation between zero-field cooling and field temperature-dependent magnetization was observed. The hysteresis loops after show an exchange bias effect. time-dependent thermoremanent follows power-law decay, which confirms existence of spin glass. anomalous magnetotranport properties present a further evidence for give freezing temperature Tg ∼ 5 K in Ge0.92Fe0.08Te film.
