摘要: A system to calibrate a stratospheric mass spectrometer experiment for ozone has been developed and evaluated. The stability of the formation impurities within calibration volume were measured. half‐life is about 12 hours, its purity ranges from 95% 99% known 1%. total accuracy ±2%.
