摘要: Laparoscopic recovery of bovine follicular oocytes was studied. The collection from the superovulated ovary maximized by standardizing technique. technique highly successful, with a 79% oocyte rate follicles aspirated. Collected were transferred to inseminated recipient's oviduct minimum trauma through laparoscope. This gamete intrafallopian transfer and fertilization (GIFT) resulted in multiple embryo cow. Oviductal catheterization potential GIFT are described discussed.
