摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate a new double-channel system for ultrasound-guided trans - vaginal intrafollicular treatment in cattle. is equipped with separate aspiration and channels facilitating the small part follicular fluid followed by immediate injection same amount solution. In Experiment 1 an intracystic performed successfully all cows (6/6). 2 saline administered dominant follicles overall success rate 87.5% (14/16). This represents reliable method preceded necessary without increase pressure.
