摘要: Information and communication technologies have thrived over the last few years. Healthcare systems also benefited from this progression. A wireless body area network (WBAN) consists of small, low-power sensors used to monitor human physiological values remotely, which enables physicians remotely health patients. Communication security in WBANs is essential because it involves data. Key agreement authentication are primary issues WBANs. To agree upon a common key, nodes exchange information with each other using communication. This process must be secure enough or should minimized certain level so that if leak occurs, does not affect overall system. Most existing solutions for problem too much sake key agreement; getting sufficient an attacker reproduce key. Set reconciliation technique reconcile two similar sets held by different hosts minimal complexity. paper presents broadcast-based scheme set The proposed allows neighboring personal server (PS), generated electrocardiogram (EKG) feature host body. Minimal exchanged broadcast manner, even every node missing subset, reconciling these sets, whole will still single Because limited exchange, gets any way, he/she able mitigates replay, selective forwarding, denial service attacks challenge-response mechanism. simulation results show has great deal adoptability terms security, overhead, running time complexity, as compared EKG-based scheme.
