摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews some studies and discusses the relative contribution of various molecular events toward cellular transformation. The p53 pRb tumor suppressor pathways are targeted by many viral oncoproteins. Some oncoproteins dysregulate a singular process. Others multifunctional in their action processes. Many target direct binding, but Tax does not to bind directly with either or pRb. It acts at points upstream downstream these suppressors. Relevance this finding transformation is supported observation that differences C-terminal sequences among transforming protein, from human T-Cell leukemia virus type I (HTLV-I) versus non-transforming protein HTLV-II specifies for association hDlg/SAP97 suppressor.
