摘要: To improve the hemocompatibility on hydrophobic biomedical materials by a simple coating technique, graft copolymers composed of hydrophilic side chain with phospholipid polar groups and backbone were synthesized. The had groups, poly[2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC)], was poly[n-butyl methacrylate (BMA)]. Because obtained could dissolve in ethanol, they be used as material. When poly(MPC-graft-BMA) coated onto poly(BMA) membrane, composition MPC units surface maintained bulk copolymer even after immersion water. Protein adsorption membrane from human plasma detected gold-colloid labeled immunoassay drastically decreased compared that glass original membrane. Moreover, blood cell adhesion, activation, aggregation contact citrated whole suppressed copolymer. These results clearly show is suitable material for improving devices because its protein adhesion resistant properties.
