摘要: Abstract The endoscopic endonasal approach for craniopharyngiomas is increasingly used as an alternative to microsurgical transsphenoidal or transcranial approaches. It a step forward in treatment, providing improved resection rates and better visual outcome. Especially retrochiasmatic tumors, this provides lesion access reduces the degree of manipulations optic apparatus. panoramic view offered by endoscopy use angulated optics allows removal lesions extending far into third ventricle avoiding brain splitting. Intensive training required perform surgery. This article summarizes surgical technique, outcome, complications.
