摘要: Image deformation methods in particle image velocimetry are becoming more and accepted by the scientific community but some aspects have not been thoroughly investigated neither theoretically nor with aid of simulations. A fundamental step this type algorithm is reconstruction deformed images that requires use an interpolation scheme. The aim paper to examine influence aspect on accuracy PIV algorithm. performance assessment has conducted using synthetic results show both systematic total errors strongly influenced scheme used images. Time performances diameter also analysed.
