摘要: Objective Exposure to SHS, as by passive smoking, seems increase the incidence of cardiovascular events. It has been shown that active smoking a single cigarette causes an immediate and significant decrease in microcirculatory blood flow velocity, whereas acute effects exposure SHS on have yet not demonstrated. Methods Healthy nonsmoking volunteers both genders were studied during two cigarettes burning up 10 minutes. Microvessels examined vivo vital capillaroscopy (Capiflow®), allowing continuous assessment CBV. Results CBV decreased from 514 mm/sec (CI 383–646) at baseline 306 mm/sec 191–420) end with further nadir 240 mm/sec 155–325) four minutes after this (p < 0.0001; ANOVA). Conclusions The result study shows inhalation secondhand smoke induces prolonged marked reduction CBV healthy volunteers.
