摘要: The purpose of our study was to examine dynamic foot function during gait as it relates plantar loading in individuals with DM (diabetes mellitus and neuropathy) compared matched control subjects. Foot mobility examined using a multi-segment kinematic model, measured pedobarograph subjects (N=15), (N=15). Pearson product moment correlation used assess the relationship between variables interest. Statistical significance equality correlations were assessed approximate tests based on Fisher’s Z transformation (α=0.05). In DM, 1st metatarsal sagittal plane excursion negatively associated pressure time integral under medial forefoot (r = −0.42 −0.06, Ctrl, P= 0.02). Similarly, lateral −0.56 −0.11, P Frontal calcaneus (r= −0.57 0.12, < 0.01) −0.51 0.13, heel −0.02, 0.01). key findings indicate that reductions segmental accompanied by increases local DM. Reduction frontal calcaneal walking serves an important functional marker loss flexibility
