摘要: Bipolar disorder, also known as manic-depressive illness, is a brain disorder that causes unusual shifts in mood, energy, activity levels, and the ability to carry out day-to-day tasks. The involvement of genetic factors has been evaluated through twin, family, linkage association studies but specific genes contribute illness remain unclear. This study gives an overview available literature.
