摘要: We report here the results of 2016 epidemiological survey dermatomycosis in Japan. In total, 6,776 cases were analyzed as follows: dermatophytosis, 5,772 (85.2%); candidiasis, 757 (11.2%); Malassezia infection, 235 (3.5%); and other fungal infections, 11 (0.2%). tinea pedis was most frequent (3,314 cases: male, 1,705; female, 1,609), followed by unguium (1,634 766; 868), corporis (423 241; 182); cruris (316 242; 74); manuum (58 29; 29); capitus, Celsus' kerion (26 19; 7); barbae (1 case: 1). The pathogen Trichophyton rubrum. candidal intertrigo (181 98; 83), oral candidiasis (165 84; 81), genital (119 45; 74), diaper (113 49; 64), erosio interdigitalis (63 13; 50), onychomycosis (41 17; 24), onychia et paronychia (28 2; 26), angular cheilitis (23 6; 17). Although number varied depending on role each cooperating medical institution area population composition, no significant differences frequencies clinical types observed.
