摘要: Abstract Parathyroid hormone (PTH) augmented in dogs the hepatic and renal blood flow within 1 minute of its injection. ED 50 was obtained with μg PTH per kg i.v. A continuous infusion parathyroid extract (PTE) caused a sustained increase coeliac flow. about 2 PTE min. This dosage is equivalent to 0.2 mug min; this should achieve concentration close estimates physiological hormone.
