摘要: Light-activated single channel currents were measured in Limulus ventral photoreceptors the cell-attached configuration at 14°C. The results show three types with conductances of 6.2, 10.4 and 28.7 pS. most active channels have 10 pS conductance; open time histograms these could be best fitted by sum two exponentials constants (and weights) 0.58 ms (0.78) 4.32 (0.22), suggesting populations or states. mean was 1.38 ms. histogram 29 conductance a exponential constant 3.35 First latencies between 40 280 but those ≥ 300 These findings suggest that are gated different intracellular transmitters mechanisms.
