摘要: The photoreceptor cells of invertebrate animals differ from those vertebrates in morphology and physiology. Our present knowledge structure transduction mechanism the microvillar cell invertebrates is described. Less than for known about biochemistry enzyme cascade which leads light-activated rhodopsin molecule to formation excitatory intracellular transmitter. A GTP-binding protein activated. activity phospholipase C., catalyzes inositol-trisphosphate, essential. transmitter binds cation channel open it has not yet been identified; cGMP or Ca ions are suspects. single-photon-evoked events, bumps, assumed be based on a light-induced concerted opening many channels. bumps vary greatly delay, size shape. intensity dependence macroscopic receptor current region supralinear slope. mechanisms light/dark adaptation better understood photoreceptors vertebrates. Calcium desensitizing light adaptation. cAMP apparently another controller sensitivity dark
